Gold Committee consider reducing tariffs between Gulf countries
Gold Committee at Asharqia Chamber considered addressing the Council of Saudi Chambers in regard on reducing tariffs between Gulf countries and limiting it on industrials only, in addition to the request of cancelling all of the required conformity certificate for customs access and requires only a certificate of laboratory quality examination during the Committee meeting on Sunday,27 March,2011 at the chamber.
In this regard said Chief of Committee Mohammed Al-Hamad, who chaired the meeting that members have discussed the matter of security guards and lack of contracts commitment by security companies in addition to the difficulties faced by gold and jewelry traders with some security companies.
